Ginseng Bird’s Nest Stew
Ingredients
28g instant bird’s nest
3g American ginseng slices
3 tsp. honey
2 cups boiling water
Directions
- Wash the ginseng slices.
- Pour the 2 cups boiling water into a small pot with ginseng slices. Poach the small pot in a bigger pot for 30 minutes.
- Add the bird’s nest and simmer for 5 minutes. Add honey to taste.
