  • Ingredients:1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup pitted dates1/4 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)1 teaspoon ginseng powder (open capsules to get powder)2 tablespoons honey1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional, for coating)
  • Directions:Combine oats, dates, nuts, ginseng powder, and honey in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is sticky and holds together.Roll into small balls, and coat with shredded coconut if desired.Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating.
