花旗参红枣煲鸡汤(2-4人份)

Chicken Ginseng Soup花旗参红枣煲鸡汤(2-4人份)

原料

  • 光鸡半只
  • 瘦肉 40g
  • 红枣10粒
  • 花旗参片10g
  • 姜2片
  • 调味料: 米酒1汤匙, 盐适量

 

做法:

  1. 将红枣去核切成细粒,浸水;花旗参片亦浸水;备用。
  2. 瘦肉切粒,与鸡肉姜片一同汆水。
  3. 把鸡肉、瘦肉、红枣、花旗参片,放入瓦煲内,下米酒。
  4. 注入烧滚了的六汤勺水,用大火煲滚。
  5. 转慢火煲两个半至三小时,撇去浮面的油,下盐即成。
