Ginseng Porridge

Ingredients

1 bowl cooked rice

1 ginseng tea bag

2 Tbs. oatmeal

Salt to taste

Chicken essence or flavor

Directions

  1. Put the cooked rice in a thermos vacuum insulated stainless steel food jar.
  2. Pour hot water into the jar. Wait 3 minutes, then drain the water.
  3. Put the ginseng tea bag and oatmeal in the food jar and fill it with boiling water.
  4. Put the lid on for 4 hours. Season with salt and chicken essence when served.
